Our ambition

Our ambition

The CMA CGM Group Code of Ethics sets the principles and guidelines that should govern our relations, as employees, with colleagues, commercial partners, authorities and other society’s stakeholders. It is an unshakeable base that inspires us every day and guides us in our decisions.

Objective: 100% Employees (in scope) trained in the CMA CGM Code of Ethics in 2024 and 2025.

Highlights

In 2024, 92% of employees were trained on human rights, anticorruption and fraud, climate change and cybersecurity.

The Code of Ethics, a global compass for integrity & transparency

A new expanded Group Code of Ethics was released: more educational, with additional themes to adapt to new challenges.

The Code of Ethics is now available in 24 languages, so our employees can share common business ethical principles worldwide.

A dedicated training in the Code of Ethics is now available, with a goal of 100% completion.
