At CMA CGM, we are committed to acting with transparency and integrity, in accordance with the commitments set out in the Group's Code of ethics

To encourage all our employees and stakeholders to speak up in case of any violations of our Code of ethics, as well as any threats or harms to the general interest, we have set up a secure Helpline called the "Ethics & Compliance Helpline".

The Ethics & Compliance Helpline is confidential, available to all, and guarantees that any concerns raised will be carefully reviewed and managed, while respecting the rights of those concerned.

The Ethics & Compliance Helpline supplements the existing channels and provides an easy, confidential and anonymous way for anyone to raise a concern.

Issues including, but not limited to, the following can be reported:

  • Corruption;
  • Fraud;
  • Theft;
  • Harassment;
  • Discrimination;
  • Human rights;
  • Health & Safety;
  • Undeclared conflicts of interest;
  • Violence.

The CMA CGM Group cannot and will not take any retaliatory measures against the reporter. People who assist in making a report can also be protected.

If a reporter believes he or she is the subject of retaliatory action, he or she should report it immediately to the Ethics & Compliance Helpline. Please note, however, that improper or inappropriate use of the Ethics & Compliance Helpline may result in lawsuits.

The Ethics & Compliance Department is the Group's contact for whistleblower management.
