Procurement

CMA CGM Group is firmly committed to developing a responsible and transparent supply chain, ensuring full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including the French Sapin II Law, the Duty of Vigilance Law, and other Responsible Supply Chain Acts.

These regulations require us to manage risks across our supply chain, particularly those related to human rights, environmental protection, business ethics, and transparency.

As part of this commitment, CMA CGM Group has implemented a Supplier Qualification Program to evaluate and ensure compliance with these standards.
These standards are detailed in our Third-Party Code of Conduct, which defines the principles and expectations applicable to all our suppliers and business partners.
We apply the same high standards to our own operations to ensure integrity, compliance, and accountability across all our activities and business relationships.

We are also committed to building balanced, transparent, and long-term partnerships with our suppliers.

In addition to these existing processes, an internal mediator has been appointed and can be contacted in case of an unresolved dispute with your technical or commercial contacts: mediation@cma-cgm.com
This email address is exclusively dedicated to suppliers.
