Supporting skill development

CMA CGM focuses on valuing and developing its employees with an innovative approach, a new internal communication platform, training opportunities, and internal mobility policies to promote professional growth.

In 2024, CMA CGM inaugurates TANGRAM, its center of excellence that hosts three major training programs: Artificial Intelligence with BCG University, Leadership with HEC Paris and Climate with Imperial College.
