THE CMA CGM Group’s powerful, eco-friendly fleet is the signature of our leadership in the shipping industry. It represents more than 500 young and diversified vessels with a combined capacity of 3 million TEUs and employs around 4,400 people at sea every year.

Each member of the crew drives the regularity, reliability and competitivity of service: ships with container capacities ranging from 133 to 20,600 TEUs including 15 giants topping 15,000 TEUs.

Our global presence is enhanced and reinforced everyday by our local expertise. Through OCEAN ALLIANCE we are covering more of the world’s surface than ever before, a service that couldn’t be achieved without the support of the agile and dynamic teams at our terminals.

We have two terminal operators: TERMINAL LINK and CMA TERMINALS. Between them, they manage a global network of 27 terminals and they are constantly expanding, acquiring facilities or developing new projects in key markets.

Signed in 2017 for 10 years, OCEAN ALLIANCE is a highly strategic and ambitious operational agreement between the CMA CGM Group, COSCO Shipping Lines, Evergreen Line and OOCL that offers best-in-class services to customers with fast transit times, competitive sailing frequencies and the most extensive port coverage in the market.

The largest operational agreement ever made between shipping companies, it brings together more 38 maritime services and 330 vessels. CMA CGM Group is now sharing its fleet of 111 ships with the largest Asian shipping companies on the world’s major shipping routes, including 19 on the Asian-Northern Europe, Mediterranean, Red Sea and Middle Eastern trades and 19 on the North American trades - which makes us N°1 in the Transpacific.
