True to its mission of promoting equal opportunities and education for all, the CMA CGM Foundation seeks to support entrepreneurs in developing innovative solutions with a social and educational purpose.

Tailored support for the most impactful educational solutions

Le Phare offers nine months of free support to non-profit and mission-driven startups. Customized according to their needs and experience, the support includes:

  • Access to a coworking space in Marseille, five days a week,
  • Tailored guidance based on the priority needs of each entrepreneur (project management, scaling strategy, legal and accounting structuring, etc.),
  • A comprehensive impact measurement program in partnership with KIMSO,
  • Professional networking opportunities with potential partners within the CMA CGM Group ecosystem.

With the CMA CGM Group’s strong roots in Marseille, it is here that Le Phare launched its program. As the largest private employer in the area, CMA CGM can leverage its historic presence to foster connections between various actors. Le Phare supports organizations that address concrete issues in the Marseille region and opens the door to sustainable partnerships between incubated projects and the CMA CGM Foundation.

translates teenage culture for adults through initiatives that recognize young people as “experts of their generation.

Les Minots de Marseille
a football club based in Parc Corot, combines sports and education with a focus on helping its members obtain the Brevet des Collèges (middle-school diploma).

develops sustainable, container-based housing solutions co-designed with people who have lived experience of homelessness and poor housing conditions.
