Climate School

The Group supports its employees in the transformation of its businesses providing them with an e-learning program called Climate School, divided into two main sections:

• Understanding modules to present the scientific fundamentals of global warming and its impact on biodiversity;
• Call to action modules dealing with the impact of the climate transition on the company activities (such as carbon footprint, climate strategy, circular economy, etc.) and how to transform business lines. 

Climate School contents are enriched regularly to take CMA CGM employees’ needs into account.

• At CMA CGM, we want to ensure all our employees get an access to health and life insurance coverage wherever they are in the world. We also put in place local and digital services to address physical and mental well-being.
• The Group is continuously promoting wellness and raising awareness of public health issues. We encourage our employees to take part in sports challenges and provide some local benefits to enjoy indoor and outdoor activities in or outside the workplace.
