The Group has implemented immediate precautionary measures to protect our people, assets, and customers’ cargo. All CMA CGM vessels operating in the Gulf have been instructed to proceed to shelter, and we have taken the decision to suspend transits through the Strait of Hormuz and the Suez Canal until further notice.

The situation is being monitored in real time by our operational and security teams, in close coordination with the relevant authorities. We stand ready to take any additional action necessary to safeguard our crews and employees, and protect our customers’ cargo.
