Professional integration: the CMA CGM Foundation supports the NRSud school

The CMA CGM Foundation has become a partner of the NRSud school, the first training school in France in the solar energy sector, based in Marseille. We will be supporting the school's operations to guarantee free tuition for the students who attend and train for future jobs that are essential to meeting the challenge of the ecological transition, for which there are considerable job opportunities.

The NRSud school opened its doors on November 10, 2022, and has since welcomed its first 13 young students between the ages of 15 and 18 who will be trained as solar electricians and multi-skilled technicians in renewable energy. Throughout their training, they will be able to obtain professional diplomas, as well as professional certifications to facilitate their insertion into the job market.

The NRSud school is part of a network of some sixty private technical schools in France that offer an innovative apprenticeship to all students from the time they leave secondary school who wish to learn a job by doing rather than taking the traditional route of vocational school, apprenticeship, or higher education.
Students learn by carrying out projects and work sites entrusted to them by the school's partner companies, thus preparing them for the realities and needs of their future sector of activity and enabling them to develop their expertise through a pedagogy based on "doing to learn" in real market conditions and for many companies.
