- A 100%-French e-commerce specialist
- Integration with the CMA CGM Group successfully completed
NewOxatis joined the CMA CGM Group, a world leader in shipping and logistics, one year ago. Based in Marseille, it is a major force on the French e-commerce scene. It provides over 10,000 micro-companies and SMEs with a platform on which they can build, develop and manage e-commerce sites and offers hosting services on servers located in France.
Solutions for independent professionals, micro-companies and SMEs
The pandemic has had a major impact on businesses, obliging all of them to rethink their digitalization strategy and accelerate its implementation. Micro-companies are acutely aware of the importance of Click & Collect options, international online sales platforms and the role played by e-commerce marketplaces in general, and they are looking to establish one or more sales channels online.
As part of its core business, NewOxatis has launched new end-to-end, simple and easy-to-deploy solutions so that its customers can rapidly harness the benefits of new sales channels. Through its extensive network of partners (marketing, logistics, legal, marketplaces, payment, translation, etc.) and its team of specialists, NewOxatis supports professionals in setting up their e-commerce sites and with their online sales (e-shop, marketplaces, Click & Collect) in the long run.
Partnerships with major e-commerce groups and public authorities
Building on its 50 technological partnerships already in place, NewOxatis continues to expand, and has teamed up with major e-commerce companies including Google, Wing, Shoppingfeed, Iziflux, Avis vérifiés, Cegid and EBP.
NewOxatis’ expertise has also been recognized by the French government, which has awarded NewOxatis certification in connection with its clique-mon-commerce.gouv.fr platform offering digital solutions to retailers, craftworkers and hotel and restaurant professionals looking to rapidly build an online presence.
NewOxatis has also teamed up with several local authorities to provide lasting support to retailers and that features personalized guidance and attentive customer care. An initial partnership has been sealed with the town of Plaisance-du-Touch and the municipal community of Save au Touch (Haute-Garonne department) to roll out Click & Collect systems, providing training to guide local officials who come into direct contact with local retailers, business owners and producers.
NewOxatis was originally based in Marseille and has built close relationships with businesses in the region. It recently joined Medinsoft, a business cluster in the South of France supporting innovation and growth by businesses that design and use digital technologies.

With NewOxatis’ and CEVA Logistics’ complementary areas of expertise, the Group is in a position to drive the development of e-commerce and digital marketing solutions, and manage the entire supply chain, from procurement and production, via the preparation of orders , through to the delivery to the end customer.
Thibault Mollat du Jourdin, NewOxatis’ Chief Executive Officer, commented: “NewOxatis’ successful integration within the CMA CGM Group has given our development a real boost and enabled us to provide even stronger support for micro-companies, SMEs, craftworkers and retailers.”
