Applications and essential functionalities are now operational and secured to offer you the level of service to which you are accustomed.
All communications to and from the CMA CGM Group are secure, including emails, transmitted files and electronic data interchanges.
All our agencies as well as our back-office are now fully operational and at your service.

The CMA CGM Group remains fully mobilized to progressively restore the main functionalities of its eCommerce website.
You can now track your containers online.
You will be asked to log into your eCommerce account.

Operations
Vessels operations have not been impacted, and all containers are being loaded and discharged as planned.
Security
All communications to and from the CMA CGM Group are secure, including emails, attachments and EDI.

Our back-offices and our agency network are almost fully reconnected. We are currently clearing the documentation backlog and processing times are improving every day.

- Online booking form, (for existing eCommerce users)
- VGM submission.

The CMA CGM Group continues to be fully mobilized to restore access to all its information systems. Our worldwide agency network is gradually being reconnected.
Mercosul and Containerships, two of the Group’s subsidiaries, are once again fully operational.

Ongoing reconnection of our back-offices
The CMA CGM Group continues to be fully mobilized to restore all its information systems.
Since the cyberattack, we have maintained our electronic booking solutions via INTTRA and via a manual form.
Today, the back-offices (Shared Services Centers) are gradually being reconnected to the network thus improving the bookings’ and documentation’s processing times.
We suspect a data breach and are doing everything possible to assess its potential volume and nature.
Our technical teams, alongside independent experts, are continuing the investigation.
Updates will be provided regularly as the situation evolves.

We have decided to temporarily suspend all access to our eCommerce websites to protect our customers.
All communications to and from the CMA CGM Group are secure, including emails, transmitted files and electronic data interchange (EDI).
Maritime and port activities are functioning as per usual.
We are providing alternative and temporary processes for your bookings and are committed to processing them as quickly as possible.

- We strongly encourage you to prioritize INTTRA’s web portal or EDI for your booking requests, using your existing account with INTTRA.
- MANUAL BOOKING FORM
- If you do not have an existing account with INTTRA, you may submit the attached booking request form to your local agent.
