Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR): for the fourth consecutive year, CMA CGM receives the highest distinction awarded by ratings agency EcoVadis and ranks among the TOP 1% most responsible companies in its sector
The CMA CGM Group, a worldwide leading shipping group, is pleased to announce it has been awarded the “Gold Recognition Level” for the fourth consecutive year by Ecovadis, a ratings agency specialized in evaluating Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

The CMA CGM Group, a worldwide leading shipping group, is pleased to announce it has been awarded the “Gold Recognition Level” for the fourth consecutive year by Ecovadis, a ratings agency specialized in evaluating Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
Ecovadis’ report underlines the excellent performance of the CMA CGM Group on environmental, labor practices & human rights, fair business practices, and sustainable procurement issues. This evaluation positions CMA CGM among the top 1% most responsible companies in its sector and among the top 5% most responsible companies across all sectors.
Receiving this rating for the fourth consecutive year bears testimony to the active engagement of the Group’s collaborators as well as to CMA CGM’s excellency in the field of CSR, whose strategy is based on 6 priorities:
- Ethics and compliance by preventing corruption risks and by developing our policy regarding ethics and compliance among all our stakeholders,
