CMA CGM: FSI closes its $150m investment
Pursuant to the agreement signed last February and having obtained the relevant competition authorities approvals, CMA CGM announces the closing of the $150m investment by FSI through mandatory convertible bonds.
Going forward, FSI will be represented at CMA CGM board of directors by Denis Ranque, currently Chairman of EADS board of directors. Thomas Devedjian, Director and member of FSI executive committee will join CMA CGM board of directors as observer. This investment illustrates bpifrance strategy to support leading corporates and reflects CMA CGM strategic position for the French economy as well as its development potential.
