CMA CGM announces three new members of its Board of Directors

CMA CGM, the world’s third largest container shipping group, is pleased to announce three new members of its Board of Directors :

• Mr. Dominique BUSSEREAU, former French Secretary of State for Transport;
• Mr. Pierre MONGIN, President of RATP (Régie Autonome des Transports Parisiens);
• Mr. Jihad AZOUR, former Lebanon’s Minister of Finance (2005 – 2008).

As from September 2012, they will be joining the board of directors of CMA CGM which is composed of Mr. Jacques. R. SAADE, Chairman and CEO, Messrs. Farid. T. SALEM and Rodolphe SAADE, Executive Officers, Mrs. Tanya SAADE ZEENNY, Secretary General and Messrs. Robert Yüksel YILDIRIM, Evren ÖZTURK and Ercüment ERDEM, YILDIRIM Group directors.
