Véronique Albertini-Saadé

President of CMA Media and Board Member of the CMA CGM Group

With a graduate in Finance from Paris Dauphine University and a postgraduate degree in Marketing, Véronique Albertini-Saadé started her career in 1997 in the International Marketing Department of Parfums Christian Dior (LVMH Group). In 2000, she moved to the International Marketing Department of Armani Fragrances (L’Oréal Group).

In 2004, she joined PONANT as Director of Communications and Marketing. She was appointed Chief Operating Officer in 2012, following the company’s acquisition by the Bridgepoint investment fund. In 2016, Véronique Albertini-Saadé became Deputy CEO of PONANT, a subsidiary of ARTEMIS (the Pinault family holding company) since 2015. She also served as a Member of the Executive Board and the Executive Committee.

Since 2024, Véronique Albertini-Saadé has been President of CMA Media, the third-largest private media group in France. CMA Media includes RMC-BFM and several national and regional press titles (La Tribune Dimanche, La Tribune, La Provence, and Corse Matin). She is also a Board Member of the CMA CGM Group and the CMA CGM Foundation and serves on the Board of Directors of Pathé SA.
