Peri Bilgic

Peri Bilgiç is a graduate of the LLM Program in International Commercial Law at the Queen Mary University of London.

She started her career in 2007 at Taboğlu & Demirhan Law Firm as an associate where she conducted due diligence reviews and performed filings to Competition and Capital Markets Board.

She then joined Hergüner Bilgen Özeke Attorneys at Law to advise on domestic and international issues, leading corporations on corporate, commercial, contractual, labor law related matters and in 2009, still as an associate, she became part of the Esin Law Firm (currently a member firm of Baker & McKenzie International) in Istanbul.

In 2011, she joined Yildirim Holding A.S. as Senior Legal Manager where she still handles the legal side of the company’s domestic and international transactions and leads all work conducted by external advisers.

Peri Bilgic is a Member of the CMA CGM Board of Directors.
