Michel Sirat

Michel Sirat graduated from ENA (Ecole Nationale d’Administration), Sciences Po Paris and Ecole Centrale de Paris. Michel Sirat began his career at the French Treasury Department, followed by a posting at the International Monetary Fund in Washington D.C.. He then worked at Engie for 11 years in Paris, Houston and Brussels in different managerial positions. Michel Sirat was then Executive Vice President – Chief Financial Officer of CMA CGM from 2011 to April 2023. He then served as manager of the Family Office and was responsible for M&A and Group strategy until December 2023. He has been Managing Director at Greenhill since January 2024.
